A vintage to hold on to from Knights Valley, 
Sonoma CA. Hand picked from 16 year old vines on a one acre hillside lot.  Fermented with MT and D254 Yeast.  Aged two years in French Oak barrels.  We're really proud of this wine.  Every time we drink some it reminds us of all the good things in life to be happy about. We recommend decanting this wine 20-30 minutes before serving.

Chenin Blanc - 2009

Fruit comes from Columbia Valley, Washington.  Cold climates preserve the pH and acidity in grapes. This Chenin Blanc reflects this natural balance and is complemented with a blend of 20% Voignier to dry out the wine.  Hints of pear and grapefruit.

Learn more about our craft

We source out the most premium fruit from our local area and manage the whole fermentation process religiously.  We strive to manipulate the fruit the least amount we can to preserve the original integrity of the vines harvest.  Our cellaring techniques allow us to monitor the oak aging process by taste and feel, babysitting the wine to its fullest potential before bottling.
